If you seek to prematurely terminate the tenancy agreement within the fixed term, an agreement must be obtained via all parties (the landlord, the tenant and the agent) with signed consent. Lost or misplaced keys
Call out charge to gain entry to property for misplaced keys during office hours (9am-6pm)
Thomas Connolly Board
If a Thomas Connolly ‘to let' or ‘let by' sign is erected outside of the property, the agent agrees to collect the board by an appointed contractor. If the board is maliciously damaged or removed or discarded by the tenant then an invoice of £25 + VAT will be raised to cover the cost of a replacement board and if necessary, deducted from registered deposit.
